How to Delete Your Account

Log in to your account

Visit payrollix.com/login and sign in with your credentials

Navigate to Settings → Account

Go to your account settings and find the account management section

Click "Request Account Deletion"

Follow the prompts to initiate the account deletion process

Confirm via email

Check your email for a confirmation link to complete the deletion request

What Gets Deleted

Account Data

Your profile, login credentials, and account settings

Payroll Records

All payroll runs, employee data, and tax calculations

Time & Attendance

Timesheets, clock-in records, and attendance history

Personal Information

Contact details, company information, and preferences

Deletion Timeline

Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of confirming your deletion request.

Note: Some records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by IRS regulations for tax and payroll compliance. These archived records are securely stored and not accessible through the platform.
